Longhorn Home & Land offers SMS text messaging to communicate with customers and prospective customers. When you opt in by checking the consent box on one of our website forms, you agree to receive text messages from Longhorn Home & Land at the phone number provided. Messages may include appointment scheduling and reminders, project updates, consultations, service information, and marketing or promotional offers.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 20 messages per week depending on your interaction with us (for example, appointment confirmations, reminders, project communication, and promotional messages).
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by your mobile carrier according to your plan. Longhorn Home & Land is not responsible for any charges from your wireless provider.
4. Opting Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again through one of our website forms.

6. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control.

8. Eligibility
By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided and that you are at least 18 years of age.
9. Changes to These Terms
